Good news - the regatta at Lipno 28-29.8 has been confirmed, and should go ahead as planned.

As it is last weekend of holiday the campsite is expected to be full so i would advise the sailors to book the accomodation and maybe even the camping in advance with Petr Benes. It is just to be sure as probably the whole area will be more busy than we are used to.
