We are looking forward to the upcoming Gold Cup at the Travemunde Woche regatta on the 23rd - 26th July. This should be a super 4 day event set amongst the festival activities and entertainment that takes place throughout the week on the white sandy shores of the Baltic. On the water we are expecting fantastic, well organised racing with the added enjoyment of an evening of short races on the spectator course in the river. This years entry includes an invitation to reception party on the square rigger, Pasat, docked in the harbour. There will be 8 races over the 4 days and also an evening showcase of sprint races on the Sailing Arena Trave with live commentary. The final racing on Sunday the D-One will race on the SAP media course which will be covered with live videos and commentary by media partner SAP. All the other races will be tracked by SAP and can be watched at the livecenter. Early registration is available until 30th June and entry cut off date is 6th July. Camping / Motorhome accommodation booking is optional during the registration process. The D-One will stay at the beach near the "Nordermole". This is the area marked in red by the entrance to the river just next to the blue festival area where you can taste the finest bear in the whole of Germany post racing.
